File Manager Interface

List of Icons and their functions:

	Go up a directory.
	Create a new directory. This feature is optional.
	Delete a Folder or File. This feature is optional.
	Rename a folder or file. This feature is optional.
	Move a folder or file. This feature is optional.
	Open the file for viewing.
	Open help.

Field descriptions:

URL	URL/path to the file.
Caption	File Caption (required).
Insert File Type Icon	Include an file type icon with the file link, eg:
Insert File Size	Include the size of the file with the file link eg : 4.85kb
Insert File Date	Include the file creation/modification date with the image eg: 04.05.2005 12:07
